Pricing Structure

• Platform Service Fee: Epic charges a small percentage per transaction (refer to your contract for the exact tier rate).
• No Hidden Charges: We don't charge listing or hosting fees.

Getting Paid (Payout Cycle)

1. Configure your Bank Account / UPI details in the Payout Settings tab.
2. Once an event concludes, our platform reconciles all ledger records within 24-48 hours.
3. Payout transfers are initiated automatically to your bank account.

Refund Policy

Organisers retain ultimate control over refund policies. You can authorize a ticket cancellation and trigger refunds directly through the order transaction page in your dashboard.
