Everything organisers ask before their first event on EPIC.

How and when do I get paid?

Payouts are processed within 48 hours of your event ending. Funds are transferred directly to the bank account you register during setup. You can track payout status in your organiser dashboard in real time.

What's the fee, and are there any other charges?

EPIC charges a flat 4% fee on each ticket sold. There are no setup fees, no monthly fees, and no lock-in contracts. You only pay when you sell.

Can I pass the platform fee to attendees?

Yes. When setting up your ticket pricing, you can choose to absorb the 4% fee or pass it on to attendees as a service charge. The choice is yours.

How do refunds and no-shows work?

You control your refund policy. Set it during event creation — options include full refund, partial refund, or no refunds. EPIC handles the refund processing automatically based on your policy. No-show tickets are still counted as sold.

Can I sell tickets at the door too?

Absolutely. Use EPIC's mobile app to sell walk-in tickets at the venue. Door sales are tracked alongside online sales in your real-time dashboard, so you always have a complete picture.

Can I export my attendee data and sales reports?

Yes. Export your full attendee list, ticket sales data, and revenue reports as CSV files from your organiser dashboard at any time — during or after the event.

Do I need a contract or minimum commitment?

No contracts, no minimum commitment. Create one event or a hundred — you're free to use EPIC whenever you need it. Cancel or pause at any time.

How do I get support on event night?

EPIC provides priority support for live events. Reach our team via in-app chat or WhatsApp during your event. We're available to help with scanning issues, last-minute ticket sales, or anything else you need.
